1.Business model and Strategy
a)Market demand analysis
Vietnamese people have culture of drinking wine and cheer up in many occasions the year such as Tet holiday, wedding ceremony, party for new houses, .etc. Along with the higher globalization level of economy, business activities, conferences and cocktail parties are happening more frequently, followed by the increase in enjoying wine, especially the wine imported from foreign, not traditional wine. Moreover, since 2000s, Vietnam economy has been developing strongly. Income per capital has increased from 140 USD in 1992 to about 1600 in 2012 (Data from Ministry of Industry and Trade). Expenditure for a well-known brand imported bottle of wine is no longer big consideration for Vietnamese consumers. Higher globalization makes wine cultural habits imported from Western more popular in Vietnamese culture. For example, more people drink a glass of wine during the meal. Not only as a beverage, people enjoy drinking wine as an art. As the result of this trend, Vangngoai company gathers loving-wine-art people who want to spread the culture of wine to the Vietnamese routine way of life. b)Business model

As an wine company, our segmentation focuses on business people with the age stretching out from 25 to 50, who have high income level. They concentrate in Vietnam urban areas where globalization is more adapted. They usually participate in business conferences, meetings with partners so that the level of consuming wine is high. Moreover, they love to enjoy drinking wine not only in the business conferences or cocktail party, but also in their routine of life. Our products are red wine and white wine which are made of high grade kind of grapes. The production of wine happens completely in the well-known grape areas in the world. The products are imported from France, Italy, German, Spain or Hungary. Vangngoai find the partner in the European countries where they have huge fields of grapes with famous and long-standing wine brand like Bordeaux. The wine made in these areas has class flavor which won the taste of many people in the world. We also collaborate with the manufacturers from new markets such as US, Australia, South Africa. Argentina and Chile are destination of wine in South America. Vangngoai also imports wine from this area. Our partners are the famous brands of wine over the world. They are Blackstone, Santa Rita, Almaden, Chapel Hill, Beringer, etc. The brands become familiar with the loving wine community in the world. Vangngoai focuses on online sale with the shipping and customer services are built sophisticatedly. Price is a little bit higher than the average but made up by the quality of services that we offer to customers. Our shipping service is free, fast and safe. We have a team of shipper who are trained carefully in Hanoi. We also use express shipment. Customer in Hanoi can receive the product within 20 minutes after ordering on website and customers in the rest of Vietnam can receive the product within 2-3 days.
