Clear Hear has assigned Kendra Sherman as business development specialist. Clear Hear is a cell phone manufacturer which at this moment has secured a significant order of cell phones that will help a promotion campaign conducted by Big Box. Kendra has met with production manager to go over the profitability of the orders. This proposal will provide recommendations to Clear Hear to increase revenue for the company, achieve ideal production levels, determine how fixed and variable costs should be adjusted to maximize profit, and identify methods to reduce costs.
Increase Revenue
Companies that are successful have a business operation model that is specifically created to maximize profit. The main key is to create market presence and increase the number of customers willing to buy the cell phones. A way to create a market streamline is by using a website that will create the traffic needed to make a pipeline. Once the pipeline has reached a large number of users and hits, the more users that visit the site, the more cell phones can be sold. However, it doesn’t end there. According to the Under30CEO experts “Make it simple for users to get a hold of your company – being the easy alternative to your competitor will give you the upper hand and bring in more business” (Yoko, 2011).
