Corporate Governance refers to the
blend of law, regulations and voluntary practices that are able to attract the best of capital and talent. Strong corporate governance is indispensable for safeguarding the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders. Effective Corporate Governance needs to internalise and adopt a core set of values which further strengthen the Management and the decision-making process, resulting in creation of value and wealth for the shareholders on sustainable and long-term basis.
