Richard Branson was known as a founder and chairman of Virgin Group with more than 200 companies in over 30 countries. As a business magnate with a variety of business ventures ranging from entertainment to air travel, so less people have known that Branson suffered dyslexia and had poor academic performance when he was a student. So what make Branson's success? If you have found out about Richard Branson, definitely you will know that almost all of Branson’s success depends heavily on the creativity of people and his followers. We cannot deny that Branson seems like really intelligent in encouraging and supporting new ideas of others as the best way to be win-win. He formed a spot on the Virgin Web site called "Got a big idea?" so guide his followers to make their ideas and then empower them. He helped a flight attendant to make her idea about a wedding business, and he even put a wedding dress to support launch the publicity. For Branson, a good leadership is a person who builds teams to get results across consensus and collaborative of both side. He seems like a talent coach in inspiring for his players so they can win. “To me, business is not about wearing suits or pleasing stockholders. It is about being true to yourself, your ideas and focusing on the essentials”, Branson said.
