Dropbox - “Incredibly welcoming environment with a huge learning curve.”

Dropbox is a company that provides services that lets us bring photos, documents and videos anywhere and share them easily. It was founded in 2007 by Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi, two MIT students tired of emailing files to themselves to work from more than one computer. Today, more than 100 million people across every continent use dropbox to always have their stuff at hand, share with family and friends and work on team projects. The lively and entertaining work environment at Dropbox attracts employees. Dropbox has several offices all over the country and it is ranked amongst top 500 best places to work for in the world. Dropbox offers free breakfast, complete music studio equipped with drums, amplifiers and more, tons of snacks and beverages to employees. They have flexible working hours which makes it one of the interesting and coolest places to work for. According to new studies regular short breaks and exercises in between work schedules result in more accurate work and more productivity. “Dropbox is a pretty sweet place to work” is what the employees of dropbox have to say. All of their offices come with a fully equipped music studio and game rooms, which sound like every nerd’s dream with Dance video games (DDR), pingpong, and gaming tournaments. “There is one perk that we are very curious to hear much more about – and that’s Dropbox’s Whiskey Fridays” says one of the employees of Dropbox. Benefits like this will certainly attract anybody; employees are more likely to work at such office which feels more like a fun place than just a boring four wall room. The Dropbox employees are more likely to say OGIF - Oh God it is Friday than to say TGIF- Thank God it is Friday.
