Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss. He has illustrated forty-six children's books and he has had more than two million copies sold! Geisel has published more than sixty children's books, and illustrated more than 40! Geisel’s unique, action packed background has helped him positively affect society. Geisel, mainly known for his phenomenal talent of writing, and illustrating children's literature.

Dr. Seuss’s background is very interesting. From writing some of the most famous childrens books in the world to illustrating political cartoons. Geisel was born on March, second, 1904, in Springfield Massachusetts.
