Try and try and you can do it..
Don’t give up……. Yeahh
If you want to catch a ball
But you’re havin’ no luck at all
The ball hits your head, it hits your nose
It hits your belly, your chin and toes
Well try and try and try again
Keep on trying to the end
You put your hands out in the air, you’ll catch the ball ,Yes this I swear,
Don’t give up, keep on going,
You’re on a boat, so keep on rowing
Don’t give up, don’t ever stop
Try and try and you’ll come out on top
Don’t give up
You got yourself rollerskates, you put them on
And you feel great, you stand up
Then you fall, don’t think you can skate at all
You get back up, then you trip, you skip and tip and slip, and flip, you try and try and try some more,
Soon you’re skating across the floor,
Don’t give up, keep on moving,
You’re gonna get there, just keep on grooving
Don’t give up, don’t pack it in
Try and try, and you’ll win
Don’t give up, no no no
Don’t give up, no no no
Don’t give up, no no no no
Don’t give up, no no, Don’t give

Herrington was asked to stand on any leg he preferred with his foot parallel to the ground, 6 inches off the ground. Also I advised him to count out loud as 1,001,1,002, 1,003 and so on till I tell him to stop. Herrington couldn’t stand in one spot without swaying during my demonstration. When asked to perform the test he never lifted his foot off the ground. He just kept his toes on the ground with his heel up. He attempted to keep his foot up 6 inches then put it right back down for a total of 5 times. Herrington also used his arms every time to balance himself when trying to perform the test.…

When the grip placement is correct, the base will call out, “1, 2,” to begin the stunt. After hearing two, the base and the flyer will immediately dip together, acting like they are sitting in a chair. The dip should be very fast and powerful as this is giving the stunt momentum and the drive up. When both the base and the flyer’s knees’ have reached about a 90 degree angle, the top girl will jump as hard as she can and “flick” her hands off the guy’s wrists, all while remaining as tight as possible and keeping both feet squeezed together. This jump, also known as the toss, should be as high as the base with his arm extended. After the flyer “flicks,” her arms should immediately squeeze to her sides. When finishing the dip, it is the base’s job to literally throw her up in the air. Important: If you are the base, always keep your eyes on your flyer and catch her no matter what.…
