Thanks for joining The Biggest Loser Group! I wanted to just send you this message to give you an overview of the Program. So you can after reading, make a sound decision if this is truly for you.  

The Purpose
Basically, The Ultimate goal is for YOU, to set and meet whatever goals you may have pertaining to physical fitness.  You may want to lose 20 pounds or maybe 100 pounds. Whatever the case may be, you can reach this goal not only by yourself, but now you can do it with close to 800 other people in your corner!!!!

The Objective
We have Five Teams!

Team Red- Dawn Davis Captain-  East Memphis, SouthEast Memphis, Hacks Cross

Team Blue- Clara Easley Captain- Westwood, Whitehaven, North MS

Team Purple- Sondra Dockey Captain- Bartlett, Raleigh, Frayser and Cordova    
Team Baby Blue- Andrea Holmes- Olive Branch, Collierville,  and Germantown

Team Orange- Shantell Johnson- South Memphis, Orange Mound, North Memphis, Downtown, Mid Town.

The goal is that each Team will workout together at least once per week.  If not possible please ensure you maintain your own daily physically exercise routines.

Once per month ALL Teams will come together To Compete in The Biggest Loser Olympics.  It’s going to be off the chain! At The National Guard Armory 2610 E. Holmes Rd Memphis TN 38118

Team will also weigh in! To see which Team is “The Biggest Loser!”  

Please understand, to ensure everyone is comfortable with their weight, I have designate Team Captains to each Team. That will be the only person that will note your weight lost or gain doing each monthly weigh in.  We will have One Biggest Loser per Team!!!! We will also close the Meeting with a Group Workout!
