You are strongly advised to read the relevant Regulations. You need to arrive at the exam room at least 15 minutes before the start of the examination. You will NOT be allowed to enter the exam room later than 30 minutes after the start of the examination. You will NOT be allowed to leave the exam room during the ﬁrst hour or last ﬁfteen minutes. If you try to cheat or break the rules in any way you will be dealt with under the Academic Offences Regulations. You must provide your own equipment. Only take into the examination room the materials and equipment which you are allowed and need for the examination. All equipment taken into the exam room must be taken in a transparent bag or pencil case. Do not take into the examination room the following: notes, programmable calculator cases/instruction leaﬂets, blank paper, electronic communication/storage devices, including mobile telephones, iPods, MP3/4 players or any other products with text/digital facilities, data tables, dictionary (paper or electronic), drawings, tracings, books or texts. Invigilators have the right to conﬁscate any of these items (unless the instructions on the paper say you are permitted to use them). Having any of these things on your desk or your person will be regarded as cheating whether you use them or not. Do not talk/communicate with or disturb other candidates once the examination has started. If you leave the examination room unaccompanied by an invigilator before the examination has ﬁnished you will not be allowed to return.
