Diversity in the workplace is the one of the most important ingredient for an organization to be labeled as the best. A leader is required who will attach the importance of diversity to the backbone of the organization. Thus, developing the leadership diversity among all the associates in the the company.

A perfect thriving workplace can only be built where ethnocentrism and discrimination does not exist. Prioritizing and labeling your own culture will make the organization inefficient.

Therefore, Interactive leadership style is an example which will enhance workplace performance with the assistance of diversity, through various measures such as developing personal relationships with followers, share power and information, empower employees, and strive to enhance others' feelings of self worth.

In order to effectively blend diversity the leader has to follow through few systems such as social value systems. Social value systems will help the leader to make his team less power distance, which will encourage the followers to believe in equality in power. After that, collectivism, masculinity and femininity. These values will enhance social framework of the team, make them focus on work and most importantly play as a team.

Based on the Walmart story, the have succeeded in following quite a few diversity options, such as glass ceiling theory, collectivism and diversity training. And these are some of the reasons behind Walmart becoming the third largest public corporation in the world
