ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All praises and supplications are to Allah [SWT] for His guidance, protection and unquantifiable blessing to me and the rest of mankind. Without His grace it would not have been possible for me to successfully complete this programme, for the award of Bsc degree, in Business Administration. With all sincerity and humility, I wish to acknowledge the tremendous effort of my exceptional supervisor, Dr Dauda Abdulsallam. His undaunted supervision, as well as his educative, constructive and fastidious criticisms, made it possible for the efficient and timely completion of this project. My gratitude also goes to my wife and children for their steadfast patience throughout my trying moment. They have coped with so much deprivation in order to make things work for me. Also along the same line I must acknowledge the good working relationship I enjoyed with my state commander Alhaji Mukhtar Garba and his two competent assistant commanders: Mr Akinfolarin and Alhaji Musa Khalil that made my period of study pleasant. In the same wise I must commend the effort of my brother Mohammed Alhaji Abubakar.for his encouragement of my efforts. I can not but acknowledge the multitude support of friends, including my lecturer Dr Sani Umar Bagudo, and host of others I have no chance to mention. Also I must thank the special kind support of my friends Haruna Abbas Bashir, Iliya Modu Karanganga,as well as Abubakar Gusau, Hamza Brodo, Tijjani kacks, Haruna Abubakar and indomitable PRO in Umar Alhaji Usman.
