Constipation
It is extremely difficult to determine the definition, or even the causes of constipation. “There is no universally accepted definition” (Kyel, 2009, p. 611). A person is considered constipated if has gone more than three days without defecating.
Constipation happens when defecation becomes difficult or is less frequent, is also caused by a disorder of bowel function rather than a structural problem (WebMD, 2010). In their website (WebMD, 2010) recommends to eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber, drink one and a half to two quarts of water per day, and exercise regularly to prevent constipation.
I think the prevention of this digestive problem by means of a well-balanced diet and exercising is the proper way to mitigate with it. Because there are no clear reasons this occur, I think a natural way to remedy this is a change of lifestyle and the food intake

Acid Reflux Disease
Commonly known as Heartburn, Acid reflux is being described as a burning sensation in the chest caused by the stomach fluids reaching the esophagus.
The best way to treat Acid Reflux disease is prevention, according to Watson, and Bowling (2004) is a Lifestyle Modification, to include a the content and time of meals, avoid the intake of chocolate, fats, alcohol, and caffeine; also people should not eat two hours prior to going to bed.
I think besides these remedies, if necessary, using low doses of antacids will help the symptoms of heartburn. If a change in the diet is not sufficient then taking medicine may the answer. I would consider a surgical procedure as a last resource. I have tried home-made remedies, but I prefer prescribed medicine or over-the-counter medicine, those just seem more effective
