The rude cell phone talker is the one talking on the phone standing in line in front of you at the Quick Mart as the cashier is trying to take that person's money. They also happen to be the ones who are standing at the gas pump talking on their phones with a line of cars behind them, when they could be filling up their cars. And let's not forget about the people who walk into a restaurant screaming into their phones as if they intended for the world to hear their conversation. Yes, a cell phone can come in handy in an emergency, but in my opinion they have taken over people's lives. Cell phones have intruded our daily lives and have caused the smallest task such as paying for a snack, filling your car with gas or even going out to dinner with family or friends, into something that can be the most difficult event you do that day.
The second type of an inconsiderate person is the one who so rudely talks when others are trying to talk. This could be happening in a meeting with your co-workers or a casual conversation between friends. They tend to be the outspoken one in the group and can also be demanding. They carry small conversations between the other people within the group and distract not only themselves, but others who are around them. People who talk over others are mostly found in high schools. When taking notes or preparing for a test, the people talking during class to be very distracting and annoying for everyone in the room.
