1.1 Introduction
In today’s modern age where computer has become a way of life, it is evident that a majority of the country’s institutions still do not adapt the high technology. Particularly in most school facilities, daily transactions are still done in traditional ways. Modern schools are now operating at great pace striving to serve as many students as possible with the best of their abilities. But as the years rolled by, the number of students has grown, that the manual method of settling of transaction like falling in line, is no longer practical. In this study, the proponents to develop a ticketing device with digital number board that will minimize the burden of the students, allowing cashiers, registrars, and teachers, ease their transactions, reducing students waiting time and increasing the number of students served – a device that is fully automated, user-friendly, time effective and efficient.

1.2 Background of the Study
Now, people have become more time conscious and are taking necessary steps to make their transactions the fastest way. Basically, students spend a substantial amount of time at cashiers, registrar waiting for services to be delivered. The degree to which the students are satisfied with the services given by school. And we all know that as the number of students continually increase, managing a school can also become difficult, especially if everything is done traditionally.

1.3 Statement of the Problem

The general problem of the study is how to develop a ticketing device with digital number board?

1.2 Digital Board
1.3 Micro controllers unit
2.) What hardware and software requirements are needed to develop the project? 3.) How acceptable is the project in terms of the following criteria:
3.1 security;
3.2 reliability;
3.3 functionality?
