The strategies which are necessary and need of the organizations are also explained and their implementations in the companies are stated which are helpful for the leadership in order to grow in all dimensions.
INTRODUCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION:
Leadership and managemen play an important role in the productivity and success of the companies as the organization was started and the first day profit was £1 after the sale of £4. In the 1956, the first self service supermarket store wan opened at the converted cinema in Maldon and the sale became to 1 billion pounds which extended to 2 billion in 1991. Now the fourth position in the world is the living evidence of its progress and dynamic leadership and management. In 1924, the product teas was used to give it the name and that was TE from tea then the store was in the Stockwell, the name was TES and then CO was added and this became TESCO. The organization on which I am going to write this report is the very well known and globally recognised as the fourth largest food retailer in the world named Tesco PLC.
This is the UK based superstore chain and also the largest British retailer.
This organization was started by Jack Cohen in 1919 in the East London.

Clearly leadership skills are required and are important because the leader is the one who has the most responsibility, he is the one who gives the tasks out to his fellow team members and should help them if they struggle in a task. A person who has a good leadership is the one who can get tasks done in different ways, he is one who can change rules in order to do better, and another sign of a good leadership can also get his fellow team members to complete their objectives in new and innovative ways, and another sign of good leadership is that the leader can inspire and motivate others to work hard and do new things in different.…

Because a fundamental aspect of leadership is getting results through others, follower motivation, satisfaction, and performance are vitally important topics for leaders. Research has shown that the best followers often perform at a level 20-50 percent higher than average followers, and much of this difference in performance is due to motivation. Leaders who have dissatisfied followers or cannot motivate followers will have difficulty building teams and getting results. Therefore, the more leaders know about motivation, satisfaction, and performance, the more likely they will be successful…

Growth of a strategic leader involves a number of important aspects. First, the most important, definitely introductory, part of this research concerns values, ethics, codes, morals, and standards. Second, the path to strategic leadership resembles the building of a pyramid (appendix 1). Shortcuts do not exist, and one can’t start at the top—strategic leaders are made, not born. Strategic leaders steadily build understanding, defined as acquiring experiences over time. One must also remember that certain activities can speed up these experiences and widen perspectives. Leaders should be aware that even though some individuals with strategic capability may not become strategic decision makers, they can still pressure and contribute to decisions.…
