Deceptions on 9/11
Since the attack on the World Trade Centers on 9/11, there’s always been the question of what really happened and what caused the Twin towers to collapse although hard to distinguish fact and fallacy the question still remains. Upon researching this topic I have found it relevant to write about what are some of the many facts on what happened on 9/11.   There are many theories that have surfaced since 9/11 but the real truth has yet to be recovered.   There was a lot of evidence recovered and research by many architects and people to help pin point possible cause of what and why the Twin Towers collapsed at such a quick and astonishing way. Many believe that it was caused by controlled demolition, and others believe that it was due to the fuel from the jetliners that hit the Trade Centers. But what happened to World Trade Center 7, it collapsed without ever being hit by a plane or debris.
The evidence of the steel framed structures of the towers was based upon and built to be able to withstand being hit by high power winds and also large jetliners like the ones that actually hit the towers that day of September 11, 2001. From the structural stand point of the engineers who designed the Twin Towers they carried out studies in the mid-1960s to determine how the buildings would flare if hit by large jetliners. In all cases the studies concluded that the Towers would survive the impacts and fires caused by the jetliners (Hoffman, Jim and Ashley, Victoria 2003-2010).   Given the situation of the jetliners hitting the towers in the section of the building they hit, researchers revealed that nine-tenths of the columns of the buildings steel-framed structures at the same level would have had to have failed before the weight from the top could overpower the capacity of the remaining columns underneath.
