Decision making is the method of choosing the best obtainable course of action after deliberation of the results of that decision and other significant factors. There are several types of business decisions which are taken in an organization. Strategic Decisions
They are long term decisions made by the top most level of an organization. This level of business decisions are typically external to the business and These decisions will pact with the expansion of an organization and broad long term goals. Such decisions are slightest structured and most creative; they are the most uncertain and of the most doubtful outcome, somewhat because they accomplish so far into the future and partly because they are of such significance. These decisions are taking a part of many ways in the business such as mission and vision, maintain the direction, how the business complete in other words double the profit.
Levi’s - Took a strategic decision of moving into the high priced clothing market as their jeans market has reached dispersion by creating a brand image, decision will have an effect on their future growth.
