I have chosen the Banderman Island. This island resort provides numerous activities for guests. Trails, activities, and restaurants are a few of the amenities. There are also spas and art galleries. Everything you want from a big town with the feel of a small town. This is an excellent vacation spot or even a place to hold a convention. With the many attractions around why, would you choose any other place? While the activities available are numerous so are the many problems and concerns that arise on a day-to-day basis. A few of those concerns are guests wondering off and getting hurt by not staying on the paths, littering, and the trampling of delicate flowers and plant life that only exist in this eco system. Other areas such as trail closures and data security are also issues. Amongst the staff blog one of the issues that I have seen is staff worried about guests wondering off the trails and getting hurt. Not only is this a problem for the staff and the guests but the wondering off the trails can also take its toll on the environment around the island. There are certain plants that are only found in this area. There are reasons for certain paths. This is not only for the safety of the guests and staff but also for the life on the island. This is an ethical problem because there are those that do not care what impact they make on the environment and we must find a way to effectively deal with this issues so as not to offend the guest. Data security is also a big issue. Our lives depend on the electronics we have become accustomed to have reliable access. Many of have our businesses on our computers and need a secure network to access certain areas of our lives. We need to address this issue, as I have no doubt that it will become a bigger issue as time passes. Another problem we need to look at is what will be doing in case of an emergency.
