All these things create our historical background and it is so important that we should protect all of them sensitively. Due to the fact that rate of illiteracy , lack of our protection system and enmity that we have with some nations , cultural vandalism increasing day by day in Turkey. Firstly, , illiteracy is a huge part of cultural vandalism. İn our school lessons, significance of history background should be emphasized correctly. İf our young generation do not know our history properly they can not understand their importance and effects our life. İt is inevitable outcome that they won’t protect their cultural accumulation even they began to damage them inconsiderately and cause the start vandalism. Therefore urbanisation so common issue in these days, even statesmen not care and destroy substantial historical ruins. Michel Henry believes that the age of barbarism began and first of the time knowledge and culture separate from each other. Secondly, lack of protection system let to vandalism increase reluctantly..June 2012 ,in İstanbul because of the lack of security siystem of museums in Turkey , ocur robbery it is a very shameful deficiency. Thus, fewer employee for securits causes this trouble that tought can be inside job. On the other hand, if some disincentive punishment become legal , vandalism can not keep going scale up smoothly Lastly, wars will lead to the destruction of cultures. Destruction, Kramer says, ‘became a deliberate policy in many, perhaps all, of the combatant countries. This made possible not only conscious hooliganism against great cultural monuments (like churches) but also the creation of an actual culture of violence’.(434 pages, Oxford University Press). To sum up, if the state some take precautions cultural vandalism can be over . all countries especially turkey must pay attention this trouble earnestly because of culture creates nations togetherness .

That the heist in Usak is viewed as an inside job is of little comfort to government cultural officials as they contend with international embarrassment and, more serious, the nagging scarcity of funds. Just 1,500 people make up the staff of the country's museums, 700 fewer than the ministry's official guidelines suggest. By SEBNEM ARSU
