Purpose

To complete a self-assessment instrument regarding your intercultural experiences.

Instructions

The following questionnaire asks you to rate your agreement or disagreement with a series of statements. Please respond honestly as there are no correct answers. You will find another copy of this in the last section of the workbook that you can complete at a later time. You can compare your responses from the beginning to the end of the book. Please circle the number that best corresponds to your level of agreement with each statement below

1 = Strongly Disagree 7 = Strongly Agree
