1.High power distance: the power is not distributed equally, the authority is in the hand of government only. The evidence is that they control everything in the country even the communication between individuals, the Cuban economy suffers from the embargo of U.S since the completion of communist revolution. There is always distrust toward the state and its authority and this is particularly evident among younger generations of Cubans and always wanting to break through the government's tight regulations by illegal activities.

2.Individualism versus Collectivism: Cuba is a member of a socialist movement, as said: "Cuba is a socialist republic, was replaced by the Constitution of 1992, which is guided by the ideas of José Marti, Marx, Engels and Lenin. The constitution describes the Communist Party of Cuba as the "leading force of society and of the state" (Wikipedia, 2010). Recently The Cuban youth have taken an individualistic movement; they also look for creative ways to break the law, increasing the tolerance for illegal economic activity. So the situation in the country is unstable.

3.Confucian versus Dynamism: as the case study shows, the Cuban society is dynamic society as they are demanding fast change, there trend also changed rapidly as they tend to break regulations and likes to go on with new and different activities as fashion and music. 4.Uncertainty Avoidance: the Cuban people always facing dangerousness through their life, as the country came out of a socialist regime and still have the regulations and legal authority of this regime. The people tend to be in opposite of this regulation, which results in riots and Mafias who want to dominance the factors of production.
