FOREWORD The primary objective of this Guide is to provide Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) applicants with information on the Scheme. By so doing, we aim to provide better customer service and achieve greater transparency. This Guide serves to provide general information on the CSSA Scheme and is by no means exhaustive. If you require further information or have any enquiries about the scheme, please contact the nearest social security field unit. We are most happy to help you. Information in this Guide will be updated as and when necessary. Your suggestions for improvement are most welcome.
