Cruise: a Picture Is worth A Thousand Words and Favorite Memory
People say a picture is worth a thousand words. I know how true that saying actually is. A picture also brings back memories; whether good or bad. I have a picture of a couple of my friends and I from our senior year spring break. Spring break senior year is my favorite memory. I went on a cruise with a couple of my best guy friends and I had the best time of my life during this week. All the talk from the graduating class before me talked about how hype spring break was and I never thought it would be as good as they made it to be, but I was wrong. This cruise is my favorite memory because of multiple reasons. One because I got to spend it to spend it with my closest friends, and also because we got to go to multiple places through out the week instead of just staying at one resort. This was the very first time I ever went on a cruise, and I was pretty skeptical of it at first. On the actual boat we all went to the casino a lot, played basketball, went shopping at the shops on the island that the boat would stop at and swam on the rooftop pool. My favorite part of the day was the buffet meals, there was everything someone could dream of to eat. The very first night on the cruise we went to the casino. I had to ask my parents for money to use and all they kept telling me was “Do not blow all your money, be smart” “Ok whatever you say” I responded, thinking that wont happen. Every single day my friends and I wanted to go to the casino, it was so addicting. I realized after a couple of days that I should have listened to my parents because I ended up losing 120 dollars total. After I lost that much I knew I was done gambling. That is when I actually started to do other things, like actually hangout with all my friends and enjoy our time in the warm weather before going back to school. Something that I never thought that I would enjoy is the shopping part of the cruise. That was actually super fun because when we got off the boat right away the people of that island

This is my favorite memory because of everything I saw and experienced. I laughed alot at the guys that were on the trip. I would just sit by the campfire at night and take everything in. It’s hard to explain, because it’s something that you have to experience for yourself. I’ll never forget the giant snow drifts, the clear starry skies and the Elk…

There once was a time that I went to cabo San Lucas Mexico with my family. The reason that this trip was so special too was because I got to spend a whole week with my grandparents, aunts and uncles and most importantly my parents. When we first got we went to are rooms and put are thing down then went right down to the pool. I can still remember the way the pool look and felt because I got cut on one of the tiles in the pool. One there reasons I liked the pool so much is you could just sit there and watch the sun set. Then the next day I went fishing on the beach that was so cool casting out a fishing line and sitting there waiting with family there beaches are so beautiful and nice like the ones you see in TV commercials. I haven’t even got to the best part they have a little cruise called sunset cruise. You rode on a pirate ship and watch people fight and watch the sun go down. I was a lot like the movie call peter pan. This little cruise was so special because in a hurry and I got locked out of my room I forgot to wear shoes so I was without shoes that whole night. There is one restraints that you have to go to when you are there I mean they have unreal food. They have huge tacos filled with anything you want with beans, rice and a side salad. I can taste it now. I also remember the time I went with my grandparents to the beach after the sun went down with one of my uncles. You have experienced nothing until that happened I mean the sand nice and cold between your toes swimming in the ocean you feel so free and wild. That is why cabo San Lucas Mexico is so special to me. I have a lot of good memories there with my…

A picture’s worth a thousand words. Despite however cliché, cheesy, or over-used that phrase may seem, I learned it to be very true a few months ago. In March I went on a school trip to New York City with my high school and I had an incredible experience. We all took a lot of pictures throughout the trip but none of those pictures can sum up the entire week by itself, much more would need to be said before someone could at least faintly understand the significance of that week. I learned that the phrase, or truism, “A picture’s worth a thousand words” can be very true, due to my experience in New York that week.…

My favorite memory would, without a doubt, be Sheriff's Weekend of 2015. Sheriff's Weekend is a weekend in August where we invite all of our closest friends up to have a fun, party-filled time. It's called Sheriff's Weekend because the first time we held this, our cranky neighbor called the cops on us for throwing a riot. This tradition has been ongoing for 12 years. Anyways, last summer all of the regulars made the trip and my sister and I, brought up our friends, Annette and Bailey. This time was so memorable because there were babies to play with, everyone was hysterical because they started drinking at noon, and we had some painful falls on the tube and wakeboard. The best flip was on the last day of our trip. We were tubing on a four person tube behind my neighbor’s speed boat. Of course we wanted to flip, so to signify this, we all yawned as if we were bored. When the driver recognized this, he whipped us out right into a huge wave, and everything seemed to happen in slow motion from there. Bailey flew off the back of the tube the moment we collided with the monster wave. We began to tip and before I knew it, we were vertical in the air with me on the top, Annette in the middle, and Sami already plummeting into the blue waters. The whole tube flipped on it’s stomach and I was soaring through the air when I landed straight on my bottom like I lept into a cannonball. When everyone surfaced, we started screaming with laughter and bewilderment at what just occurred. Not only will I never forget that ride, but my mom caught the action with a snapshot on her…

My most memorable place would have to be Panama City beach, FL. I found out about this hot and wild vacation spot while I was a high school student. From tenth grade to twelfth I was constantly hearing about spring break in Panama City. The best time during the school year to go was always on spring break because spring break was always a week long and around that time panama was always live. I was drawn to Panama City beach because after the spring break of the year was over students were constantly talking about what a good time they had, how nice the beach was, and how much fun and thick the parties were every night the break took place.…

Before we could go to the first place I saw Pluto and Donald Duck and I really wanted to hug them! I pointed them out to my mother and she led me and my brothers to the two characters. After that we went to our first spot for the day, the castle. It was on our way to frontierland so my parents and my grandparents figured we could go see that first. I was amazed with how big the castle was, it was huge! My parents took mine and my brothers photos at the castle. My older brother was impatient the entire time we were taking pictures because he wanted to go do the Pirates of The Caribbean ride that was the first thing on his list of rides he wanted to do that day. I made so many memories at Disney World but my favorite one had to be during the electrical parade and the firework show. It was so pretty and beautiful I was in awe with it all. Sadly it was over fast and we had to go back to my grandparents house! My first visit to Disneyworld was amazing. DIsneyworld is truly a magical…
