Based and licensed in the U.K Coral Racing was established in 1926 and the wealth of betting knowledge that this company has acquired shows through in their worldwide leadership industry. Presently Coral is operating more than 1500 shops all over the U.K. In October, 2005 Coral has been taken over by Gala Group one of the leading casino and gaming industry of the Europe.
For last 1 year Coral Racing has been sustaining loss significantly in almost of its Market segments. Especially its Marketing strategy has failed to compete with the competitors like Ladbrokes, William Hill. In some segments it stays even behind the new Bookmaker Paddy Power.
The 2009 Marketing Plan has been adapted to increase the sales and profit of the Company by taking differentiating and customer oriented marketing strategy. The sales target has been fixed £5Billion (as stake) and Profit target pricing, wide range promotion and distribution. Marketing Cost will reach up to £600,000
