What is critical thinking is the active and systematic process of communication, problem-, evaluation, analysis, synthesis, reflections. Critical Thinking is critical to employers. They have to analyze situations, solve problems, communicate their positions logically and make good decisions (based in data nit feelings, therefore it is imperative that managers and supervisors have good critical thinking skills. Critical thinking is implemented in day activities, such as home, work, and   school.  
In this paper will attempt explain how critical thinking is used in my everyday work related decisions and the importance and benefits of critical thinking when making important decisions.
Working at Comcast there are many important decisions that has to be made for the company to be successful. Communication, problem- solving,   analysis, and evaluating are the main parts of critical thinking that would be used in my department (technical support). In this field you really must put on your thinking caps and dig deep to find problem.
