Small business is an important sector of the State economy. Small business promotes skills of private entrepreneurship development, creates a competitive environment that adapts quickly to changes in demand and supply in the market, creates new jobs and contributes to domestic goods and services market. This is one of the sources of formation of middle class society that contributes solving of the problems of employment. The main task of financial and credit support to small business is increasing investment in small businesses through increased crediting from traditional sources – banks and through the development of alternative sources of investment – microcredit organizations and credit partnerships, maximize private investment resources, introduction of progressive forms of investment policy. The relevance of the term paper is defined by the role of small enterprises in the economy of the country as a whole and their value as a consumer banking services. Small business is not only a substantial component of subjective and massive base of civilized market economy is an integral part of the inherent competitive mechanism because of their size it also the most flexible, efficient and transparent in the form of management. This entrepreneurial way mobilizes financial and production resources. All this suggests that small businesses must have considerable interest as the subject of application of credit resources, as well as various consumer retail services commercial bank. In the West, working with small companies is considered as a normal banking practice, since small and medium-sized enterprises account for socio-economic growth of the economies of those countries. Practice shows that technological progress, the most complete satisfaction of consumer demand is largely determined by the performance of small enterprises today. High rates of innovation, the mobility of technological change, the introduction of inventions, the rapid growth of the service sector and employment, sharp price and non-price competition, crediting on the one hand, to lower prices, and on the other, to ensure that the consumer receives the goods and services of high quality give the possibility for States to receive large sums of money in the form of tax revenue – all this and is the contribution of small businesses to the economy. The main goal of the term paper is to study the influence of small business crediting. The following tasks should be considered in order to achieve this goal: * To find out the socio-economic impact of small business development; * To study the essence and value of SME crediting;
* To assess the financial condition of the Bank;
* To review the volumes of crediting of JSC “Alliance Bank” small business; * To identify problems of development of small business in Kazakhstan; * To draw up proposals for improving credit schemes to support small business. The subject of research is crediting of small and medium businesses by banks of the second level and ways to improve it. The object of the survey is JSC "Alliance Bank".
The methodological base of the work were textbooks, electronic sites, research papers and reports of the JSC “National Bank of Kazakhstan” and “Alliance Bank”, “Electronic Government” website (section “small business”).
