Negative results of problem | Co-ordination problem when forming new project groups, wastes time |
Points to consider | When forming new project groups, it is important to know when the common time slot to meet up is. However, most of the time, the solution would be to send the time table to the secretary for him to source it out. It is sometimes difficult to get all members’ cooperation in sending the time table on time; in addition, it is added work for the secretary. |
Possible Solution(s) | A pre-prepared standard time sheet with half hour time slots that spans from 0800hrs to 1900hrs, running from Monday to Sunday.This prepared time sheet will be passed around to the confirmed group members to mark the slot they are not free.
