Creativity and innovation now has changed the world since years. Any creativity or innovation in organisations leads to growth and achieve new elevations of success. Today employees are more permitted to think freely and implement new ideas and thoughts that benefit the organisation.
There is no need to emphasise the importance of creative thinking today, in our professions we will have competitive advantages if we are able to come up with new ideas. In our personal lives, too, Creative thinking can lead us into new paths of creative activities. It can enrich our lives – though not always in the way we expect. (JOHN ADAIR 2009 page 1)
Creativity means scientific and philosophical thinking to explore new ideas to achieve Organizational outcomes. Creativity is seen in performing and visual arts. It has been further indicated by the literature that creativity is a process of thinking and innovations is the action of doing new things. In the contemporary world creativity and innovations are vital for the survival of the organizations and to complete with the global competition of change. To bring about change organizations are in continues process of change or in search of change; therefore, it’s very crucial for the organizations to understand change and to manage change through a proper systematic and innovative way. 1-Understand the Importance of Creative and Innovative Management in Organization Creativity is usually seen in performing and visual arts. Literature further specifies that creativity is a process of thinking and innovation is the action of doing new things.
