Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to apply for the above position.

Ever since my first flight experience as a child, I have always aspired to become part of the Airline industry.

Since then I have always worked hard in delivering exceptional Customer Service in the expectation of working for an international airline.

I have over 9 years of Customer Service Experience which has led to my current acquired job at London Heathrow Airport for Menzies Aviation, Senior Passenger Service Agent on behalf of Swiss International Airlines.

This was a supervisory role, where I managed up to 10 members of agents at a time, for check-in and boarding duties. Of the 9 years of Customer Service, I have led a supervisory position for 5 years.

As a supervisor, I have written reports, given recommendations, trained individuals and also have made suggestions that have resulted in positive changes. Having this supervisory experience, along with my multifaceted skills, I believe I am right person for this position.

Customer Service to me is more than a service. It is an Experience. And giving the best Customer Experience will always remain in memory of any individual.

This is what I base my service on and I feel that I will be able to expand my horizons working for such an award winning airline.

For me working for Qatar Airways will not only be a job, but a lifelong ambition and will be the true beginning of my career.

Currently I am visiting Doha on holiday and am available for interview at any time.
