A corrupt person is termed immoral, dishonest and unscrupulous in his dealings. His disregard for honesty, morality and truth leads to his alienation from society. he's treated with contempt. however as erosion of values results in decadency, remedies for the social unease stay elusive, and then no quantity of contempt will eradicate corruption that may be a symptom of decadency.

Corruption is that the most virulent once crises everyplace threaten the terribly existence of the society and therefore the religion in life is jolted. it's perpetually been there like tie leech, however once the system grows weaker and therefore the boat flounders, it gets bolder and drains its victims of the last drops of their blood.

The older the system the weaker it grows and fails to resolve the riddles of life that grows additional advanced on a daily basis. thus men lose religion in it and let it drift down. At now corruption takes over and plunges the whole society. when Second war the recent system with all its values was left in an exceedingly shambles. The unhealthful effects of the war, the recession and depression, and uncertainties in an exceedingly disloyal world of maimed and moribund inspired pessimism in an exceedingly section of the population.

This section enclosed the govt. officers dealing in essential commodities. They found the post-war conditions ideal for fishing in troubled waters and spurting richer. They fashioned a form of vicious circle during which ethical values and honest intentions not control valid. The flourishing black market in essential commodities, adulteration of even baby- food, bribery, fraud and economic, political and body manipulations with an eye fixed on earning profits has brought much misery to the folks.
