Riordan Manufacturing
      Riordan Manufacturing is a global plastics manufacturer with 550 employees and a projection of $46 million in annual earnings and the holding company Riordan Industries owns the manufacturing division. The base majority of the plastics division is within the automotive industry, aircraft industry, Department of Defense, appliance industry, beverage and bottle manufacturers. With changes in technology and IT, Riordan has taken measures to make some strategic changes in the manufacturing and marketing processes. These changes are beginning to take a toll of the employees and the ability to retain them.
Introduction
This compliance plan is developed and designed to establish a corporate plan for Riordan Manufacturing to include a proposed outline of duties, applicable compliance standards and procedures, a program direction. This plan will establish standards which will apply to the proper appointed authority, employee training programs, auditing plans, analyzing systems and enforcement procedures including the outcome if there is a failure to comply within this plan. Situation Analysis
      Riordan Manufacturing must recognize the problem and options that are presented and laid before them and then address and make the right choices to solve these challenges. Riordan must properly acknowledge and identify the proper issues in order to make the right adjustments. In order for Riordan to flourish, they must hire and retain the best of the best and keep them happy and productive.

Issue Identification
