DEDICATION
My study is dedicated to the Almighty God who saw me through during the period of this course. When all hope seemed to be lost and confusion with discouragement set in, even the road so rough, He was there for me. He will always be my God. More so, I dedicate this study to my precious husband, Dr. Chukwuma .C. Agomoh, and my intelligent children, Ngozi Elizabeth Chukwuma, Daniel Chiemeka Chukwuma, and my nephew, Rufus Godliveth, for all the inconveniences I caused them and their support financially and otherwise. They are wonderfully made and designed for me.

ACKNOWLEGDEMENT
My greatest gratitude goes to the Almighty God who sustained and, encouraged me. I thank Him for His protection, wisdom and provisions. Without God’s interventions at various times, it would not have been possible for me to complete this programme successfully. To Him is the glory, honor, adoration, praise forever and ever, Amen. This study would not have been successful without my intelligent supervisor, Rev. (Dr) B.B Benneth Nwosu for the able and painstaking way he guided this work from its conceptualization and through all the various stages. I want to mention the support and the encouragement of all National Open University of Nigeria staff Abuja study centre especially our Study Centre Director, Dr. M.A.G Akale, my former Departmental Counselor, Mrs. Matter, my present Counselor Mr. Yusuf, Mrs. Yusuf, Mrs. Adeniyi, Mrs. Alabi, Mr. Charles, Mrs. Egesi, Mr. Richard, Mr. Akin and the NOUN Abuja Study Centre Facilitators that taught me at one level or the other. I owe a debt of gratitude to the Director Mr. Hassan and staff of Federal Capital Territory Abuja Co-operative Department for graciously accepting my Questionnaire within short notice and returning it as quickly as possible. I also wish to acknowledge the contributions of staff of Abia State Liaison Office, Abuja.
