Successors in the earth, as He made Successors from among those who were before them; and that He will surely establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them; and that He will surely give them in exchange security and peace after their fear: They will worship Me, and they will not associate anything with
Me. Then whoso is ungrateful after that, they will be the rebellious.

Here are some instances of the use of the expression Khatam in the connotation of high, eminent, excellent etc.
But not meaning the last:
1.

KHATAM-USH-SHU'ARAA

(seal of poets) was used for the poet Abu Tamam. (Wafiyatul A'yan, vol. 1, p. 123, Cairo)

2.

KHATAM-USH-SHU'ARAA

again, used for Abul Tayyeb. (Muqaddama Deewanul Mutanabbi,
Egyptian p. 4)

3.

KHATAM-USH-SHU'ARAA

again, used for Abul 'Ala Alme'ry. (ibid, p.4, footnote)

4.

KHATAM-USH-SHU'ARAA

used for Shaikh Ali Huzain in India. (Hayati Sa'di, p. 117)

5.

KHATAM-USH-SHU'ARAA

used for Habeeb Shairaazi in Iran. (Hayati Sa'di, p. 87)
Note here that all five people have been given the above title. How could it be interpreted as "last". They did not come and go at the exact same time.

6.

KHATAM-AL-AULIYAA

(seal of saints) for Hazrat Ali (May God be pleased with him).
(Tafsir Safi, Chapter AlAhzab)
Can no other person now attain wilaayat, if "seal" meant last?

7.

KHATAM-AL-AULIYAA

8.

KHATAM-AL-AULIYAA

9.

KHATAM-AL-KARAAM

Has no medicine been found or used after camphor, if "seal" means
"last"?

“American Cheerleader” magazine contains articles and advertisements that appeal to readers who are interested in cheerleading or are cheerleaders. This magazine is for people who want to learn more about cheerleading or want to pursue their interest in cheerleading in the future. Because of this, the cheerleading organization UCA (United Cheerleading Association) has placed their ad, which invites cheerleaders to join the UCA coaching staff, in this specific magazine. The UCA advertisement is impressive in many ways, but lacks in a few aspects of effective ad design.…

The Super Bowl is an American tradition full of cuisine, laughter, and competition. Millions of people have social gatherings to enjoy the game. However, sometimes the Super Bowl is not the main event. For years, Super Bowl commercials have been distinguished for their creativity, delivering laughter, sorrow, and at times a call to action for their audience. “Best Buds,” a Super Bowl commercial from 2014, was a light-hearted moment where the public was presented with the friendship of a dog and a horse intertwined with a beer corporation. On the other hand, Super Bowl commercials have been criticized often for their lack of meaning in today’s society; Bruce Horovitz’s article “Why Super Bowl ads don’t matter anymore” went so far as to say that…

On Sunday February 3, 2013 an estimated 108.4 million people were perched in front of their TV’s watching the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl not only holds the record for most watched event on television, but it is also notorious for broadcasting some of the year's best, and most expensive, commercials. This year was no exception. Everyone is entitled to their personal opinion and although some analysts are saying advertisers didn’t get the job done this year, I beg to differ. With 108.4 million people watching in 34 different languages throughout the 232 different countries and territories, there is a lot of diversity to account for. This is why I chose an Ad I thought most people watching could relate to; Best Buy’s “Asking Amy”.…

In years past, viewers primarily watched Super Bowl ads on their TVs. Now, many people watch from alternative devices, such as their phones or tablets. As a result, they end up sharing these ads online after watching them. In fact, Super Bowl 2015 commercials were shared online 9 million times, which is an increase of 73% from the previous year, a number that was revealed in Unruley’s new white paper “The Science of Sharing 2015.” As a result of these numbers, a wise advertiser will recognize the propensity of their audience to watch online and share online and will design a short, either funny or heartwarming ad that will prompt sharing and tweets.…

In American society today, we can’t go anywhere, watch or do anything without exposure to some type of advertisement. Companies spend millions of dollars in efforts to reach us as consumers. They use manipulative messages and deliver underlying promises to get us to buy their product. Advertisements reflect the political, economic, and social environment of their time. As consumers, it is important that we are able to deconstruct those advertisements and understand the underlying message that they are trying to send to us.…

This advertisement by Subaru is aimed at automobile consumers in Canada, as well as an unintentional client base which see the advertisement as an activist-like change to the way car commercials are being produced. Its humorous and non-conformist provocativeness of the ad engages a different kind of audience than the average car purchaser. There is no specific age or gender that this commercial is aimed at, and by replacing supermodels with sumo wrestlers the car is now being advertised more broadly to include women in the target market.…
