2.0Conflict
2.1 Definition
The conflict can be defined as to perceive incompatible differences between the individual and more than individual or group that resulting in form of interference so that we can define whether the differences are real and irrelevant. Conflict can be considered as something that influences the stability status and harmony in an organization.
2.2 Type of conflict
2.2.1 Functional Conflict
The task conflict in functional conflict is work toward the goals of an organization and improves the organization’s performance .The individual can create and increase the new ideas and information and learning and also can development awareness of themselves through the functional conflict Besides that, can improve the relationship among the workers as when they facing the disagreement conflict between each other .So that, they will to accomplish together and solving the problem that can increase the relationship among the workers in the same organization and the spirit also will increase.Therefore, the key to identify the functional conflict is often cognitive that is someone will challenge old thinking of new ways to solve the problem.
2.2.2 Dysfunctional Conflict
The dysfunction conflict is to prevent an organization or group to reach their goal and hinder the organization’s performance and also destructive disagreement between two or more people. In dysfunction conflict, the people always will tend to take an action before thinking so that they have dependent on threat and trickery. Besides that, this conflict will also cause to an act of aggression and revenge in the employee's supervisor and peers and also will caused both losses may exceed any potential gains. The conflicts are not easy to diagnose. When the person often emotional and behavioral which is a key to identify the dysfunctional conflict.
