I think the collaborative strategy would be the most appropriate for the David and James situation. This strategy would eliminate all the misinterpretations between the two. This method also lets David and James communicate better while working together. It will become easier if they both understand what needs to be done and what they both need to do to get it accomplished. By determining the misinterpretations of James and David its giving them the ability to communicate effectively. Therefore, both understand each other and new hear ideas instead of interpretation information. If both agree to change their attitude towards each then the work will get done.
