Accommodation: Share with person to be advised at registration.
Occupy room:   22/03/2010 Monday after 7 a.m.
Vacate room:       24/03/2010 Wednesday before 17:30 p.m.

Fees paid for conference, accommodation, conference dinner and lunch, excursion morning and afternoon teas, conference materials, and regular bus fees.

GENERAL INFORMATION
✓ The first formal conference session (Conference chair’s Welcome Address) begins at 10:30 a.m. on Monday 22nd in main hall.
✓ Breakfast, lunches and dinners are served in Grand Royale Ballroom. Room service is at your expense.
✓ Parking is available at the hotel. We will offer the free parking place. The receptionist will show you where can park.
✓ Concurrent sessions selections—options will be displayed at registration desk for delegates to nominate their choices.
✓ Excursion coach departs 8.30am Tuesday 23rd. Meet in the foyer.
✓ Closing remarks begins at 14:45 a.m. Wednesday 24th in the main hall.

For delegates arriving on Monday 22nd:
    ➢ Register at the hotel reception desk.
    ➢ Register for the conference at the registration desk on the main conference floor from 7.30 am. Snacks and drinks will be available.
Cancellations:
28days—full refund; 7-27 days—50 percent refund; 6 days—no fund.
