Conceptualizing a Business
QuikTrip Corporation’s foundation set ground for success, which starts with their mission.   The company mission statement is “To be the best gasoline, convenience, and food retailer in the eyes of our customers, competitors, and our employees” (QuikTrip Corporation, 2011).   The company has met and exceeded personal expectations of this customer and former employee.   If I were to purchase a company that aligned with the same values and beliefs, I would invest in QuikTrip Corporation.   The following thesis describes the principles, beliefs, vision, mission, and values of the company.
Products and Services
As a convenience store, QuikTrip offers a variety of products.   Guaranteed unconditionally, the company follows state regulations and annual checks to ensure the gasoline and diesel fuel is of highest quality.   Inside the store, one would find a wide variety of fountain drinks, coffees, frozen drinks, shakes, and refrigerated beverages.   If one is hungry while filling the gas tank, stopping inside to grab a prepackaged snack or something delicious hot off the grill.   The QT Kitchen supplies each store with a wide variety of hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches, cold sandwiches, and items on the grill ready to eat (QuikTrip Corporation, 2010).
Aside from gasoline and edible products, the store also carries other items convenient to grab on the go, such as tobacco products, engine oil, toilet paper, cat food, and much more.   Because of the various products, the organization has many types of customers.   Coffee drinkers enjoy the premium coffee.   Anyone needing gasoline, food, or beverages, in a time crunch or not, become customers of this one stop shop dedicated to make each person’s quality and customer service.   This company cares about the security of customers as well as employees.   Well-lit stores, surveillance systems, and alarm systems show...
