INTRODUCTION
R&R STORE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
R&R Store Management Information system is a section in British American Tobacco Uganda which is meant to manage stock item stored and distribution.

An information system is a computer system that provides management and other personnel within an organization with up-to-date information regarding the organization's performance; for example, current inventory and sales. It usually is linked to a computer network, which is created by joining different computers together in order to share data and resources. It is designed to capture, transmit, store, retrieve, manipulate, and or display information used in one or more business processes. These systems output information in a form that is useable at all levels of the organization: strategic, tactical, and operational.

The current R&R management system has been operating as an information system, whereby the Users/employees could request for items through a manual process whereby persons move with the requisitioning forms for approval to bare all signatories required. In order to get the item they want. The suppliers like the company employees or Users would as well move there documents within the company premises for the required signatures.

Problem statement
