Telekom Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. (TM Sales & Services) is a customer service organization which provides a one-stop solution for TM Group products and services. With the Vision, " To be a one-stop center for TM Group products and services" and as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TM, TM Sales & Services is determine to provide excellent services for TM Group's customers and to offer competitive ICT products and services. Manpower is about 1780 people. It is a local company under the subsidiary of TM. Currently, Telekom Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. has 105 ISO Certified TMpoint outlets nationwide. These TMpoint outlets serve as the primary channels in providing TM's services such as service provisioning, bill payments, fixed line, multimedia and other value added services. TM Sales & Services also markets a wide range of telecommunications as well as IT related products and accessories. Telekom Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. works very closely with TM Group, vendors, suppliers and business partners to channel telecommunication products through its TMpoint outlets. To ensure that the Company achieves its goals, TM Sales & Services are continuously finding ways to provide choices of competitive and high quality products to its valued customers. In its bid to strive for the best, Telekom Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. has participated in the "2004 Quality Award", by the Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications, whereby TMpoint Pelangi, Johor Bahru has won national recognition and become the proud recipient of the "2004 Quality Award". This award program was conceptualized by the Ministry to give formal recognition to organizations within the industry that have achieved excellence in service quality, mainly concentrating on total customer satisfaction. TSSSB was also being honored with two reputable awards during International Business Review ASEAN Awards 2009 and Technology Business Review ASEAN Awards 2008. Telekom Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. is determined to provide excellent services for TM Group customers and to offer competitive ICT products and services, as it looks forward to future growth in the coming years SYSTEMS – Employee self service online (via HR PORTAL online – gems.intra.tm)
Employee self service via online help to reduce time and cost. This system is very convenient in a lot of things ,from printing or checking salary statement to request leave for holiday and updating medical leaves as well.
Systems that TSSSB use are using intra portal , gems.intra.tm (all subsidiaries use the web portal),eclaim for claimining mileage or TNT and overtime claim system for claiming overtime.
1st system – gems.intra.tm
From the portal, it offers a lot of things such as , to check the salary statement or to print the salary statement via online, apply loan(computer,vehicle or club loan), to print EA Form. Actually there is a lot of function on this hr portal. For example : applying leave or updating medical leaves, etc
2nd system – Overtime Claim System (OT claims)
Claiming overtime never been easier, using online to claim and approval through online.
3rd eClaim systems to claim mileage(TNT) and etc
This portal is use to claim anything relating from salary advance,travel advance,allowances,travelling & transportation claims and also car maintenance claim.
