Ergonomics refers to the design of a workspace so that it allows for a comfortable and safe experience for the user, minimizing eye strain, back strain, and just generally more comfort. You can set up your workspace in a way that allows for all these benefits.
While desktop computers are customizable, laptop computers are fully portable. The cost of each PC can be around the same price but generally a desktop computer is a lot cheaper.
