In this economy people have a really hard time deciding on type of the car they should buy. I recently had the same problem when I was deciding if I should get something big and more comfortable or something smaller and that wouldn’t use as much gas. In this paper I will write about pros and cons on purchasing a car or a SUV. The type of car and SUV I will write about are Nissan Sentra and Nissan pathfinder. The reason I chose these type is because I am familiar with both of them. The first one I am going to talk about is Nissan Sentra. The type I am going to talk about is 2011 Nissan Sentra 2.0 SR Sedan. This type of Nissan has 16x6.5in alloy wheels, steel spare wheel, all seasoned tires, inside mounted spare tire, and spare tire. It’s a 2.0 L, 4 cylinders, with variable automatic speed. It uses regular unleaded gas with fuel capacity of 14.5gal. It only takes $52.05 to fill it up. It can go 27 miles per gallon in the city and 34 on the highway but I bet if you use cruise control it could go 40mpg. The car also has a lot of safety and security features. Some of this are: Front and rear head airbags, child seat anchors, rear door child safety locks, remote anti-theft alarm system, stability and traction control, and tire pressure monitoring. This Sentra is well equipped. It has cruise control, front console with storage, power mirrors, and 1 one-touch power windows. It also has a low fuel level warning, 6 total speakers, AM/FM in dash single CD player with CD MP3 playback stereo, auxiliary audio input, and iPod integration. This cars’ manufactured suggested retail price is around $17,990. It comes with 3 warranties: basic 3yr. /36,000mi., 5yr. /60,000mi. Drivetrain, and 3yr. /36,000 roadside. This car is pretty small car and it fits 4 people comfortably or 5 smaller people. If you have a 6ft man driving it no one can sit behind him. The second one is a Nissan Pathfinder. On this one I choose Silver edition...
