INTRODUCTION

L’entreprise est, comme nous le savons tous, l’un des acteurs-clés de la mondialisation de la production et de la commercialisation. Cette organisation économique et sociale poursuit constamment le même but, quel que soit son activité ou son secteur : la lucrativité.

Cependant, ce n’est pas pour autant que leurs stratégies ou missions sont similaires. Chacune a une structure et des objectifs qui lui sont propres.

Mais quels sont les différents aspects internes des entreprises d’aujourd’hui ?

Leurs structures et leurs stratégies sont-ils fondamentalement différentes ?

Notre rôle consistera dès lors, par le biais de notre étude, à analyser et recueillir des données sur les différentes spécificités de deux entreprises afin de les exploiter.

Nous allons donc tout d’abord vous présenter deux entreprises que nous avons sélectionnées : LG et Samsung. Nous effectuerons une analyse de chacune de ces entreprises dans leur micro et macro-environnement en effectuant un diagnostic approfondi de l’entreprise, et ensuite dans un deuxième temps, en dégager les différences et les similitudes dans le but de les comparer
