Every year hundreds of thousands of those in school discontinue with the education simply because they fail to meet the minimum entry requirements to the scarce available opportunities. Who is not aware of the usual misery caused to most pupils who should have joined secondary schools but did not. This leaves them aware of their next step in life.
Beside, the university vacancy is not an exception.
