    In addressing a daycare into the building, I might have several different reactions. There could be employees that don’t have children and they don’t want the aggravation of hearing the children cry and carry on. Furthermore, they may not want to deal with parents that constantly talk about their kids. Parents might be distracting running in and out for small or sick children. This would take the focus off of work related things. Taking the focus off of work would bring down production. It could also increase budget.

    When presenting my audience with bringing the daycare service into the building I would for one let them know as a parent I think about what my child/children are doing throughout the day and I sit and kind of daze off just having moments that I think about if someone is mistreating them that does take the focus of from my work!   I feel that if they are close I can keep a better eye on them and not have to worry. There are times that I have to stay after to finish paper work and my babysitter will have to go and I worry about being home in time so she won’t leave them alone. As I would also tell my audience bringing children to the worksite would make less people late because parents wouldn’t have to wait on their babysitters . People without children would be able to use a different entrance that way they way they wouldn’t have to worry about the little tikes. I understand people without children don’t want the hassle of parenthood and they may want to avoid the situation but no matter where you go there is going to be parents and they are going to talk and show pictures because they are excited about their kids and one day they may settle down and have a baby. This will help them in the long run.
