With this article that was read, one can see that the business research that was obvious is that communication is important in every aspect of a business life. In this article, one can see all the different ways of communication. As mentioned in this article telecommunication, multimedia, and the internet are the top ways of communication that is used in a business atmosphere (Tung, 2010). In this article, one can see that mobile phones are very popular around the world.
In 2005, Taiwan had 22.17 million mobile phones being used there. Taiwan was ranked 22 in the country around the world that uses the mobile services. In 2009 there was a research study that was done in Taiwan and out of 300 papers 235 was returned. All of these research studies showed that Taiwan exceeded the mobile phone expectations (Tung, 2010). To go along with all of this is that the research papers showed that the quality of the services of the mobile services was excellent. The image on the mobile phones also exceeded expectations from all the research that was done. Most of the people that did the survey also thought that the value of the mobile service was great. They did not have to spend a lot of money in having the service available to them.
As one has seen, Taiwan is very pleased with the mobile services that they receive. In 2005 Taiwan was in the 22nd country that has mobile services and they ranked that also. As the years have gone by, they ranked even closer. With the research that was conducted in 2009, one has seen that there were 300 papers in Taiwan passed out for research purposes on mobile service there. Out of these 300 235 was returned back to them. The research showed only good things when it comes down to the mobile service there in Taiwan. [continues]
