Com220 Paper Revision

Once the rough draft portion of my essay had been submitted, my next step in the process was to review and analyze the feedback that I received from the CWE, my instructor, and fellow classmate. In regards to the plagiarize checker, my results were 0% similarity. The CWE (write point) instructed me to make changes to several sentences that were structured incorrectly and to correct several misused words that were found in my essay. Overall, there were not many suggestions the write point section of the CWE gave me. Nevertheless, all of the feedback that was given to me by the CWE was important in regards to seeing where my mistakes were located and in submitting a well written final paper. My instructor and classmate both attached appendix G to my individual forum so that I would be able to see more clearly what were my strong points, as well as my sections that needed more work. Overall my instructor gave me positive feedback for most of my sections that were critiqued, but did make small suggestions on how to make sure my essay meets the requirements of the final paper. She pointed out to me the standards of incorporating a graph or chart into my essay should be done by not wrapping the text around the visual. She also provided me with a reminder regarding APA references and in-text citations containing a page or paragraph number if I quote the material from the site. Overall, my instructor thought that my rough draft “looked great” and did not think it would take much more to complete my final draft. In regards to what I will take away from the feedback in which my instructor provided me with, I will incorporate all suggestions. Due to the fact that the majority of the suggestions were based off the guidelines of the final draft, I will be sure to make the necessary changes to avoid points being deducted from my final grade.
