Aim

Aim is to present companies activities, with a view of expanding our english vocabulary for specific purposes and be able to apply it in our future work. We have chosen the ''Coca-cola'' because it is well known all over the world by its customers. There are lots of pros and cons of the company.

World-Wide Known Company
Coca-Cola is world wide known company and has a long history. Company has a brand name that holds its own prestige in the world market. Through its long history and familiarity they got such professionals which are very skill full and experienced. Brand Image

Brand image is very high through out the world. Its so famous that almost every on knows about it. It develops so strong image that also has a great affect on the corporate image as well. It is rated as the world’s number one cold drink and is famed for its internationally well known brand name. Brand Positioning

This top of the mind strategy leads the consumers to remember the product as well as position the product as number one. Positioning strategy is the real strength of the company because it contributed a lot in the success of the company. Quality

The product quality has improved due to upgraded quality of packaging and the ameliorated liquid in comparison to its competitors. Consistency in the performance will leads to the quality management. Coca Cola Company manages its quality through out the world very well. Training and Development

Company provides its employees training which helps them to cope up with existing needs as well as focuses on employees’ development programs which helps them to meet their future needs. They know if their employees are happy and motivated then ultimately it will show as quality and innovative products.

Weaknesess
Taste Differentiation
Coca Cola is not being successful in differentiating its taste from other brands like Pepsi. Rarely a small number of consumers can identify its taste from Pepsi. This thing also has a negative impact and consumers feel no problem in switching to Pepsi because of taste.  Health issues

The company produces products that are not considered “healthy”, the large portion of their beverages are high in sugar content, and as the world’s waistline keeps growing, people are going to eventually look towards healthier alternatives. Many types of drinks are unknown

Many drinks that they produce are extremely popular such as Coke and Sprite but this company has approximately 400 different drink types. Most are unknown and rarely seen for available purchase. These drinks do not probably taste bad, but are rather a result of low profile or non existent advertising.

In 2010, The CocaCola Company's turnover was $35.119 billion. Company suffer the loss and take-offs, but its name still retains a good reputation.
