Executive Summary
Founded in 1886, Coca–Cola is a company that spans over 12 decades. Since, its inception over 100 years ago, the company has conducted business on a worldwide scale in over 200 countries. This paper will explore, how the company came into existence, Coca-Cola’s mission, vision and values statements, discuss and analyze its internal and external environments, assessment of the company’s long-term objectives, strategic business objectives both generic and grand, that will define the corporation’s strategic plan. The recommendation of the plan will provide the company the tools that will help them achieve their future objectives. (Coca- Cola, 2007).
