The owners Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada just finished an extensive renovation and they are very pleased with the results. At the same time they realized their need for better information technology management.
Mission for Club IT
This is what the owners said when asked about their club mission statement:
"We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ's, dance space and, refreshments that suit your
Lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT."

The club clientele are mostly what we called Net Generation and Millennials, which are very
high tech orientated people.
The Club focus on music includes Hip-hop, Techno, Electronic, MP3 and, live bands.
Elements like a recently remodel interior design and a good selection of music styles are not sufficient to gave the business a competitive advantage. There are other aspects to this business that need attention in order to correct them and improve their revenues.
The Club IT is lacking on updated technology to operate in different areas. Their current
configuration for the workstations is the following:
a. Pentium 4 Processor
b. 256 MB RAM
c. Ethernet Adapter
d. 17” Color Display
e. Windows XP Professional
f. Dial-up Internet connection
They do have a web page that needs improvement to be actual and to offer high quality and
services .Their website is used as their primary information resource for customers and
employees. The informational sections of the website are simple and could use a more
interactive approach that fits in with their mission and clientele. Club IT uses an Intranet
