Club IT

Spending time and enjoying Club IT on an energetic Friday evening. The environment was filled with high ceilings and high lighting, great ideas started to come to mind. Grooving to the music of the live band, hitting a few two steps on the dance floor and mingling with old and new friends, the IT intern skills opened up. Noticing the diverse group of young adults and older clientele that’s young in heart, it was evident this club is for anyone that enjoys the great scene of upbeat music. After much observation, it was obvious this club was ready for and aimed for success. There were just a few things that needed adjustment; Club IT needed to upgrade their IT systems in order for the club to run a lot smoother, and they needed a competitive advantage of the Customer-Orientation Strategy in order to bring forth more clients. With just these couple of changes, their clientele would improve and they would have a long lasting successful business.
The Monday afternoon meeting with Rueben and Lisa was a great start to express ideas from the Friday evening event. Being advised to check out the website to see what they already had to offer, I noticed Club IT’s mission statement.   "We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ's, dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT." (Club IT)   This mission statement does fit this club and what Club IT desire to offer to their clientele. Club IT desire to offer great live bands was accomplished on Friday evening. The want to offer dance space, there was enough room to get your groove on.
